At Reggio Register, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our vents and grilles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return standard-sized items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the registers in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware is included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
